A high-quality breakfast is important to us. For this reason, we use local products wherever possible. We buy the cheese directly from the cheese dairies in Sent, Ftan or Samnaun. The Bündnerfleisch, raw ham, salsiz and bacon all come from the region. Our freshly baked breakfast bread is delivered directly from the Cantieni bakery in Ftan. We make our own jam, without flavor enhancers or preservatives. Our Badilatti coffee is also roasted in the Engadin, incidentally the highest roasting plant in the world.
