Our Restaurant Palatin

We are currently in the off-season, during which the hotel and restaurant are closed. We look forward to welcoming you again from December 20, 2025.

OPENING HOURS:

Open daily. We serve food from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM. Last order by 8:30 PM.

Every day, we welcome you, whether you are a hotel guest or an external guest, to dinner in our cozy restaurant. A comfortable dining room in the Engadine style, clad entirely in Swiss pine, awaits you.

SUMMER SEASON 2025: The restaurant is open daily from May 29, 2025 to October 18, 2025.

The breakfast buffet

A high-quality breakfast is important to us. For this reason, we use local products wherever possible.

We buy the cheese directly from the cheese dairies in Sent, Ftan or Samnaun. The Bündnerfleisch, raw ham, salsiz and bacon all come from the region.

Our freshly baked breakfast bread is delivered directly from the Cantieni bakery in Ftan. We make our own jam, without flavor enhancers or preservatives. Our Badilatti coffee is also roasted in the Engadin, incidentally the highest roasting plant in the world.


The garden terrace in the spa gardens

We open our garden terrace in summer when the weather is fine. At lunchtime and in the evening we serve our menu, weather permitting. In the afternoon we serve drinks and pastries as well as our “Waldhaus coffee” which we serve in silver jugs from the Hotel Waldhaus. We strongly recommend booking in advance for dinner as space is limited.
