OUR RESTAURANT
Every day we welcome you, as a hotel guest as well as an external guest, for dinner in our cozy restaurant.
A cozy Engadine-style dining room, completely clad in Swiss stone pine, awaits you.
We offer daily changing high-quality and freshly prepared dishes, which can be combined into a 2 – 4 course menu. If a dish is not to your liking, you can choose from our constantly available alternative dishes.
The restaurant is open daily until April 1, 2024.
The breakfast buffet
A high-quality breakfast is important to us. For this reason, we use local products wherever possible.
We buy the cheese directly from the cheese dairies in Sent, Ftan or Samnaun. The Bündnerfleisch, raw ham, salsiz and bacon all come from the region.
Our freshly baked breakfast bread is delivered directly from the Schlatter bakery in Scuol. We make our own jam, without flavor enhancers or preservatives. Our Badilatti coffee is also roasted in the Engadin, incidentally the highest roasting plant in the world.
The garden terrace in the spa gardens
We open our garden terrace in summer when the weather is fine. At lunchtime and in the evening we serve our menu, weather permitting. In the afternoon we serve drinks and pastries as well as our “Waldhaus coffee” which we serve in silver jugs from the Hotel Waldhaus. We strongly recommend booking in advance for dinner as space is limited.
