Cancellation Cancellations must be made in writing or by telephone.

• 8 days before arrival free of charge, thereafter 80% of the booked arrangement unless a rate or offer explicitly mentions better conditions.
• If the hotel has not been informed of the cancellation in good time, the reservation will be treated as a “no-show”
• In the event of a “no-show”, we will charge 100% of the booked arrangement.
• For group reservations of 8 persons or more, individual cancellation conditions will be agreed.
• When booking via other channels, the cancellation conditions of the respective channel apply.

Prices for children Children in a double room with 2 full paying persons or 1 child in a single room with 1 full paying person:

• Children under 2 years stay free of charge
• Children between 2 and 11 years CHF 55.- per child/night (only on request, due to very small contingent)
• Prices for children from 12 to 15 years CHF 75.- per child/night (only on request, due to very small contingent)
• Prices for children in their own single room CHF 95.00 per child/night up to the age of 16.

Check-in & Check-out Check-in from 15.00 hrs Check-out until 11.00 hrs. Garage Parking space in the garage CHF 10.- per day Pets (up to max. 30 kg) Dogs welcome by prior arrangement. Daily fee CHF 25 without food. Please note that we only allow dogs in the restaurant if other guests do not feel disturbed by the dog. Dogs may not be fed or sit on the chairs or benches in the restaurant. Payment methods We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as Postcard and cash. For advance payments please ask for our bank details. Vouchers Please note that only pre-registered and valid vouchers will be accepted.
